Digestion tips for a healthier and slimmer you

1. Avoid eating and drinking at the same time. 2. Drink room temperature water, or other liquids 30 mins before you consume your meal. Wait at least one hour after your meal to drink your liquids. 3. Avoid drinking cold beverages with your meal, it impairs digestion. 4. If you must drink with your meals, sip on a warm beverage.
